TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Deposits:
A deposit of £30.00 per person, including children is required when booking. We regret that deposits are not refundable under any circumstances.
No reduction for temporary absence.
Payment:
You may settle your account with cash or the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch or American Express.
Cheques are no longer accepted.
Arrival And Departure:
Rooms will be available from 1.00pm on day of arrival.
Guests are requested to vacate their room by 10.30am on the day of departure.
Dogs:
With the exception of registered guide dogs, animals are not accepted at the hotel. There are however a number of nearby local kennels including:
Crestland Kennels, Lower Reen, Perranporth. Tel: 01872 572353
Facilities For Children:
A laundry room is provided with facilities for washing, drying and ironing. High chairs and cots are provided.
Children's Tea:
Served at 5.00pm
Childrens Menu:
Chicken Nuggetts, Fish Fingers, Pizza, Pasta, Sausage and Mash and Roast Dinners.
Jelly, Mousse, Ice Cream and Yoghurt.
A small kitchen is available for storing and heating your baby food.
Dining Hours:
Breakfast: 8.30am to 10am.
Bar Snacks: Midday to 2.30pm.
Dinner: 6.30pm to 8.00pm.
Diabetic and Vegetarian diets can be catered for, on provision we are given advanced notice - preferably at the time of booking.
PLEASE NOTE - BUFFET STYLE DINNERS ONLY AVAILABLE DURING NON-COACH PARTY WEEKS. PLEASE RING IF YOU REQUIRE ANY DETAILS.
